Biomiicron Pharmaceutical's Pondicherry-based plant is one of the very few UK-MHRA standards state-of-the-art plants present in India, is capable of producing tablets, capsules and liquid orals in Non-Betalactum. The company's plant at Chennai is reckoned among the finest in this part of south india. Accredited by reputed organizations, the plant also does toll manufacturing for reputed MNCs and to a host of leading Indian companies.

All the manufacturing units are well connected by air, road, rail and waterways. Every unit is in a very spacious pollution free industrial area with rich ground water sources and about 35,000 sq.ft constructed working area with necessary partitions, fully secured electrical system and with exclusive mezzanine floor. Modern machineries are present with high-speed and greater performance.

The company purchased their own land and constructed the factory building as per the SCHEDULE "M" norms. Total plinth area of Factory is around 35,000 Sq. Feet and the floors are laid with kota Stone, installed Air Handling Units (AHU) and Centralised Air Conditioner for each section separately. Separate Transformer erected electrical power, separate Generator also provided for for undisturbed power supply.

We manufacture capsule, coated/uncoated tablets, liquid orals, external solution and ointment preparations and separate antibiotic manufacturing facilities. We make both allopathic and ayurvedic preparations at Schedule - M and T standards.

As an affiliated member of PMA, IDMA and TASUMA Biomiicron is having sufficient spare capacity for Third Party arrangements to manufacture formulations.

Biomiicron Pharmaceuticals has in place all the key capabilities critical to this business - manufacturing, process development (integrating with R&D), IPR protection, BD and supply chain management.

Significantly, Biomiicron Pharmaceuticals is also well placed to offer manufacturing services across the entire life cycle of a product, including the development stage. Biomiicron's capabilities today include not just lower cost dosage manufacturing, but the ability to manage costs through process innovation and the skills to aid in formulations R&D development and New Drug Delivery Systems.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT:

The cornerstone of Biomiicron's manufacturing is Quality. Quality pervades Biomiicron's state –of –art manufacturing plants at Chennai, Pondicherry and solan. The recent commissioning of Phase II Chennai plant, a plant at solan and another plant at Pondicherry are major expansions, which will lead to employ over 1000 people in the group of companies.

Designed for approval by Medicine control Agencies and the UK-MHRA, we are accredited with WHO-GMP, built as per Schedule 'M' standards.
